Located at level 3 of Albert Centre, Siong Mo Tailor provides reasonable price for alteration of pants.
It may seem challenging communicating to Uncle on the requirement but he understood what I meant when I showed him how I would like the pants to be altered. You'll need some patience on the communication. Uncle would also let you know when to collect so you can shop around Bugis and have your meal first.
Altering the length of pants cost me S$6 and recently I changed the zip on the pants for $4.
