Tiong Bahru Park

First developed around 1967 and is located between Henderson, Bukit Merah and Lower Delta Road. In the adventure playground, there's the tilting train where many children would enjoy themselves. The park is usually crowded with visitors in the morning for exercises and will be quieter in the evening/night time. And it's one of the dog-friendly parks where I'll bring Choco for a walk in the morning or early evening.

How to get there?
By Car -

• Along Tiong Bahru Road, filter left towards the direction of Lower Delta Road and turn left into the carpark at the filter lane.
• Alternatively, along Tiong Bahru Road, filter left to Henderson Road and turn left towards Blk 104A MSCP. Park there and walk over to the park.

By Public Transport -

• Alight at Bus Stop No. 10179 (Tiong Bahru Park) / 10171 ( Henderson Park) - Bus No. 16, 32, 33, 63, 64, 120, 851, NR5

Pet Movers / Pets Megamart

A good day for a swim! Brought Choco to Pets Movers where it consists of a dog run and a pool for small dogs. Over there, they provide the facility where you could bathe your fur kid after the swim. There's Pets Megamart nearby where you could also do some shopping for your fur kid.

1. Along TPE, Exit 5 and drive towards Pasir Ris Drive 12

• A distance later, turn left to Pasir Ris Ind Dr 1 and drive straight
• Then, turn right to Pasir Ris Farmway 2 and drive towards Pasir Ris Farmway 3
• Entrance is located on the left side along Pasir Ris Farmway 2

2. Alternatively, along TPE, Exit 6 and drive towards Lor Halus

The pool is small which is suitable for small dogs to swim.

K9 Park (Nex)

K9 Park at Nex Shopping Mall is located at Level 4R. You'd need to take the pet's lift to access to the K9 park if you have brought your fur kid along. It is a small playground with agility facilities, the place is not sheltered and will be quite warm in the noon time. But it'll be convenient when you bring your fur kid along to buy things at Pet Safari and you could lunch at Doggiestyle cafe.

Canopy Garden Dining & Bar (Bishan)

Bringing your fur kid for a walk at Bishan Park and feeling hungry after the walk? You could bring your fur kid to this restaurant where pet owners can enjoy their meals while having their fur kids beside them. But, it's advisable by the restaurant for pet owners not to unleash their fur kids while dining.

Scrambled Egg with Smoked Salmon and Roe

Eggs Royale

Egg Omelette with choice of 2 fillings (Mushroom & Cooked Ham)

Personally, I enjoyed the scrambled egg with smoked salmon & roe. Very filling and the scrambled egg is smooth, great combination with the roe!

Labrador Park (Nature Reserve)

One of the nature reserves/parks that is located in the southern part of Singapore which contains many historical relics of World War II. The park also provides a picturesque view of the sea, this is especially so during the sunset.

How to get there?

By Car -

• Locates along Telok Blangah Road, drives into Labrador Villa Road towards Port Road
• Park at Carpark B or C

Bishan Park Dog Run

Bishan – Ang Mo Kio Park is one of the largest parks in Singapore, consisting of two portions along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. Divided by Marymount Road, the two plots are known as the Pond Gardens and River Plains.

The Dog Run is located in the River Plains that is nearer to Bishan Road.

Was lazing on a Sunday afternoon and thinking where to bring Choco. By chance, I searched upon this café which allows us to let our hair down and bring our fur kids to mingle and enjoy themselves.
