Yizhong Street / Night Market 一中街 / 夜市 (Taichung)

Yizhong Street provides an array of local delicacies and shops selling trendy and fashionable clothing and accessories. The street is often patronised by students from the nearby schools. The night market seems to be bustling with more food stalls and crowd.

A number of buses travel towards Sanmin Road, you'd need to alight at National Taichung University of Science and Technology (NTCUST) or Chungyo Department Store bus stops and walk towards Yizhong street for the night market.

From Taichung Railway Station bus stop, you can take Bus No. 25, 35, 203, 324, 280, 285, 286, 288 and many more. Do check the bus route before boarding.

Opening hours: 10am to 11pm (6pm onwards for night market)

Taiwan sausage wrapped with glutinous rice and lots of garlic. Shiok 赞!

Went back to Yizhong street for lunch at Jane & Tony.
