Singapore Coins and Notes Museum (Chinatown)

Many of us, who does not collect coins and notes as a hobby, often neglect the beauty of the design on the coins and notes. They have become part of our everyday lives, yet we have not been paying much attention to them.
Well, making a trip to the Singapore Coins and Notes Museum does provide interesting facts and knowledge about the coins and notes that we are using in Singapore. It is worth the trip!

  • Turn into Pagoda Street and park at Chinatown Heritage Centre
  • Or along New Bridge Road, turn left into Smith Street and park at Chinatown Complex

  • Or along South Bridge Road, turn right into Spring Street and park at the open carpark

I was surprised by the size of the 1st and 2nd series of the Ten-Thousand Note. 
It is almost similar to the size of an A5 paper. That is big!
