Who is eligible to donate?
- Age between 16 and 60 years old
- Weighing at least 45kg
- A haemoglobin level of at least 12.5g/dl
- In general good health
- Should not have symptoms of infection (sore throat, flu, diarrhea, etc) for at least 1 week
- No fever for the past 3 weeks

- From CTE, Exit 1B and head towards Outram Rd, make a U-turn when approaching Eu Tong Sen Street
- Shortly, turn left into Second Hosp Ave and turn left into First Hosp Ave, park at the open space carpark on your left (Free parking)
- From ECP, Exit 18 and drive straight, turn right towards Cantonment Rd
- Drive straight, turn right into Second Hosp Ave after Eu Tong Sen Street, turn left into First Hosp Ave and park at the open space carkpark on your left (Free parking)

First, you'd need to fill up the Donor Health Assessment Questionnaire and Declaration Form
Follow by a medical screening

After which, a small prick to test for haemoglobin (iron level) before donating
Next, you'll proceed to the blood donation area where you'll be greeted by friendly staff

Collect the food voucher from the staff and redeem at the counter near the entrance.
