Homemade Beancurd with Crispy Radish Floss 家乡菜脯豆腐
Tofu is fried till golden and tastes delicious with the crispy radish floss which adds a sweet and salty flavour to the tofu. One of my favourites! Must order this!

The crab shells are soft and the white pepper adds a piquant taste to the crabs.
