Ah Poh Bak Kut Teh 亚宝砂煲肉骨茶 (Pontian 笨珍)

Got to know this popular Kedai Makan Ah Poh Bak Kut Teh through my friends. Thanks to Dawn for telling me the directions. My family member and I made a trip there to have our lunch. As we arrived slightly late which is near to their closing time, we nearly missed the chance to have the Bak Kut Teh. I'd suggest arriving early to avoid disappointment. A few came after us didn't managed to have the Bak Kut Teh.

We arrived at 12.30pm which was considered a bit late as we weren't aware of the opening hours.
Luckily, they did have Bak Kut Teh for just two of us.
The meat is quite tender, do eat with the dark sauce. The soup entices the taste buds and is simply delish.
They have other dishes such as Assam Fish, Chicken, etc.
If the shop happens to be closed on that day, you could try Wanton Mee (Pontian) or Heng Heng Wanton Mee (Pontian) which are nearby.
