Queuing for the Chicken Rice!

To cook good chicken rice, fragrance and texture of the steamed rice, tenderness of the chicken meat and the chilli sauce are essential factors contributing to the quality of the chicken rice.

Their chicken rice is quite fragrant but some of the rice are a bit hard. The chicken meat is quite smooth but I'll not say it is very tender. However, the chilli sauce is good!

I'll reckon that Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is good to eat but my preference still remains as Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice located at Golden Mile Hawker Centre. The steamed rice is fragrant and soft, chilli sauce is good too. In terms of chicken meat, it is tender, smooth and boneless!
