Du Hsiao Yueh Restaurant 度小月擔仔麵 原始店本舖 (Tainan)

Established in Tainan since 1895, Du Xiao Yue (度小月) came about from the Hong ancestors (洪氏先祖) who fished for a living. But during unfavourable season for fishing known as Xiao Yue (小月), they started selling noodles to earn (度) a living. It has since been passed down for more than a hundred year to the fourth generation. 百年老店誠信傳承!

After alighting at the nearby bus stop (Minsheng Green Garden) along Zhongshan Road, we walked to Zhong Wen Tang (忠文堂) to buy chinese calligraphy brushes before heading to Du Xiao Yue for lunch.
