Penang 槟城

Upon reaching Penang Airport, these are what I'd definitely take for my trip. Penang maps!
This map consists of the bus routes of CAT Free Shuttle bus.
From the airport, we took Rapid Bus 401 to Georgetown which was about an hour before reaching our accommodation. The bus stop is located right outside of the airport.
Bus fare was RM 2.70 per person from the airport to Weld Quay Bus Terminal (Jetty).
Accommodation in Penang
I came across a few accommodations that I had considered such as the Noordin Mews Hotel, Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Sunway Hotel and Traders Hotel. But I settled for somewhere else.

AEON Bukit Indah Shopping Centre

Jasmine and I planned for a short trip to Bukit Indah for our massage as well as to shop around at the AEON Shopping Centre. It was convenient and less crowded when we travelled by public transport to Bukit Indah via 2nd link.
How to get to AEON Bukit Indah?
Address: No. 8 Jalan Indah 15/2, Bukit Indah, 81200 Johor Bahru
For those who are driving from Tuas, Exit 307 and keep right
 Exit towards Johor Bahru
In a while, Exit 308 to Bukit Indah
AEON Bukit Indah Shopping Centre is on the left side, prepare to filter left
After filtering left, keep left and turn left
Carpark entrance will be on your left side
By Public Transport
From Jurong East Interchange, take CW3/CW4 to Tuas checkpoint. Bus fare is S$4 per person, do prepare your dollar notes/coins before boarding.

If you are coming from Boon Lay MRT, take CW6.
When alighting at Tuas checkpoint, do keep your bus ticket. After Tuas checkpoint, you can board either CW3, CW4 or CW6 since you will be alighting at the Malaysia checkpoint.
After Malaysia checkpoint, make sure you board CW3/CW6 towards Bukit Indah (Jusco).
And less than 30 minutes, we are here!
A&W for our breakfast!
Jasmine had the waffle with ice cream and taiwan food for breakfast. 很饱咯!
Grocery shopping at the supermart.
In the shopping centre, there're Daiso, Popular, Maxis and many other shops. We wanted to watch Pitch Perfect 2 at the cinema but there wasn't much time. Next, we went for our massage and while crossing the road, we spotted Blackball that was opposite the shopping centre.
We went for the massage at Huang Zu Xuan (皇足轩) that was diagonally opposite of AEON shopping centre.
The prices were reasonable so we chose the full body massage with cupping.
Cupping therapy is believed to improve blood circulation by using heat and placement of cups on the skin that creates a little suction. This was my blue black result after cupping to drain toxins known as Shi Qi (湿气).

Miyakori Cafe (Bukit Indah) [CLOSED]

Jasmine and I went to Bukit Indah on a Saturday and I told her about Miyakori cafe that is nearby AEON Bukit Indah. And after our grocery shopping and massage, we decided to head towards the cafe for food before heading back to Singapore. While figuring our way to the cafe, we were told of the cab fees that would cost us RM15, so we walked about 20 minutes to reach this cafe.
The cafe wasn't crowded on that Saturday.
I went back the 2nd time with my mum and it was quite quiet.
We ordered the Twinings Peach Tea (RM10) and Green Tea Furappe (RM15).
Jasmine ordered the Thai Chicken Rice which was just satisfying for her.
I ordered the Japanese Curry Spaghetti with Chicken Katsu which I felt that the curry was less thick but the chicken katsu was crispy and good.

I'd still prefer the Japanese Curry Rice with Chicken Katsu which the taste would be better.
We also ordered Eggs Benedict for just RM15.50. Delish!

Cantonese Claypot Rice (Guang Dong Sha Bao Fan) 广东香港味道砂煲饭

Beo Crescent Market has got quite a number of good food such as the fishball noodles, prawn noodles, wanton mee, etc. So here's another choice for me at the market, this stall sells stewed soups, Claypot and Steamed Rice. Sometimes, I'd order the Claypot Rice for takeaway.
Claypot Chicken Rice (S$3.80)
The chicken meat is tender and well marinated. Must add their chilli to taste the "shiokness"
They are also generous with their serving of the salted fish.
For their soup, I like the Scallops Black Beans Stewed Pig Tail Soup.
Preserved Veg Braised Pork Steamed Rice (S$3)
How to get there?
Address: Blk 38A Beo Crescent, #01-66 Singapore 169982
Tel: 8333 2813 (Chef Wu)

Opens daily from 12pm to 8pm

Nearest MRT Station: Tiong Bahru (10-15 minutes walk)
