焱 "Yan" Bee Hoon (Redhill)

- This letter is read as "yàn" and it means "flame of fire" (火花,火焰) which literally refers to the stall for having very good business as the "fire" burns (the cook just keeps cooking).

As you can see, there is always a queue at the stall and this occurs probably due to the reasonably low prices of the Bee Hoon, fried noodles and other food to go along with. The taste of the food is also good and they are not stingy about the food portion which is considered quite filling.
How to get there?
